IONTOPHORESIS: COSMETIC AND HEALTHCARE PATCHES
IONTOPHORESIS involves the introduction of ions of active substances through the skin, induced by the weak current generated on the patch's contact and sweat.
Our electrodynamic patches with alternating voltaic cells use the principle of iontophoresis, thus significantly
enhancing the absorption of active molecules that are conventionally used topically.
This technology represents an evolution in conventional patches, becoming more effective thanks to its dual action:
1. The electro magnetic field created by the patch generates an ion channel that allows for more efficient absorption of the active ingredients travelling through the skin.
2. The electro-ionic action creates a "cellular massage" which enhances the exchange of oxygen between cells, thereby revitalising connective tissue. In this way, iontophoretic patches provide stimuli that increase collagen production, thus enhancing the skin's health and elasticity.
They also safely and comfortably help reduce chronic and acute pain, by restoring tissue function and accelerating wound healing.

An outer fabric layer
Copper and Zinc cells.
